Raytheon IIS seeks a Senior Subject Matter Expert experienced with AOC Plans and Operations. This work supports the Air Operations Center Weapon System (AOC WS). Location of work Hampton, VA. Job Description: Subject Matter Expert-AOC Plans/Operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Research changes in assigned AOC baseline systems to support test planning to validate functional suitability and effectiveness. - Provide operational evaluation support during the integration of candidate baseline releases. - Participate in functional testing of AOC releases, including utilizing centralize test management systems to collect, analyze, and report relevant test data. - Create trouble tickets, as required, and provide operational support for technical troubleshooting of issues and validation of fixes. Required Qualifications & Skills: - US Citizen. - Top Secret-SCI Clearance. - Security+ certification OR must be able to obtain a Security+ certification within 60 days of hire. - Extensive working knowledge of the following AOC Processes: Strategy Development, Target Development, Guidance, Apportionment, and Targeting (GAT); Master Air Attack Plan (MAAP) development; and Air Tasking Order (ATO) Development and Execution. - Proficient with AOC planning and execution systems, such as, Master Air Attack Planning Tool Kit (MAAPTK), Air Space Management (ASMA), Joint Automated Deep Operations Control System (JADOCS), Portable Flight Planning Software (PFPS), and Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS). - Proficient with Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS), to include: Theater Air Planner (TAP), Execution Management Replanning (EMR), Web Airspace Deconfliction (WebAD), ATO/ACO Tool, Web Air Request Processor (WARP), and Web Execution Management (Execution Status and Monitoring (ESTAT) and Force Status and Monitoring (FSTAT)) with current operating environment Air Operations Database (AODB) and Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB). - Able to perform database management/migration activities, such as exporting TAP BARFs and ORDBEX extracts. - Advanced testing/troubleshooting skills and experience. - Ability to produce detailed technical documentation. - Ability to verbally communicate clearly and concisely. - Ability to work on a team or individually under pressure to meet strict schedule requirements. - Travel will be required up to 25% of the time in support of working groups and training. Additional Preferred Qualifications & Skills: - Experience with Intelligence applications, such as Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT), Analyst Workshop (AWS), and Improved Many-on-Many (IMOM). - Experience with Command and Control (C2) Air Operations Suite-C2 Information Services (C2AOS-C2IS). - Experience delivering training, either hands-on or by computer-based training. Required Education (including Major) BS with Computer or Systems Engineering related major and 8 of relevant experience, or 6 years with MS/MA in Engineering, Science or Information Systems OR 16 years of equivalent military and/or civilian experience in lieu of a degree.
