You firmly believe that a college degree can open doors and you are passionate when conveying this message to prospective students and the community. You inspire all participants in the admissions process to skillfully and effectively build rapport, identify and overcome barriers and guide students in making appropriate enrollment decisions. You insist upon proactive collaboration to bring about the best possible program for the student -- so that they can and will complete a Stratford degree program to fulfill their career and life goals. And you oversee skillful transitioned of students into their academic program with a strong support network to guide them through successful matriculation.
Develop and train staff members to use highly effective telephone, interview and advising methods to accurately represent and guide students in selection of appropriate academic program meeting their needs
Establish early detection methods to identify and overcome barriers, ensuring Stratford enrollees are motivated, academically qualified and results driven students
Collaborate with campus leadership, faculty and staff to maintain continuous contact with students, to set goals, monitor academic progress, identify potential obstacles and convey enrollment and academic progress
Engage and monitor support team to facilitate financial, registration, advising and student success.
Optimize and review standard reporting and success metrics to support decision-making
Take an entrepreneurial approach to marketing campaigns to strategically increase the quality and quantity of inquiries and applications into Stratford programs.
Contribute to development of junior staff members, inspiring excellence and effective recruitment activities

The successful candidate must have familiarity with strategies and tactics for success in recruitment from inquiry to matriculation
The successful candidate will have significant experience managing personnel to achieve goals, will be creative and organized; and will have superior communication skills.
Evening and weekend work is sometimes necessary and expected when working toward goals.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, master’s preferred.
