Date of Internship: 10 – 12 weeks; 35 - 40 hour work week (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary:

This exciting Internship will provide both challenge and satisfaction while allowing you continued career growth. As a patient services intern you will have the opportunity to perform/assist in a variety of duties to include the planning and supervision of patient food assembly and service, scheduling, hiring, dismissal, training of tray line, diet office and hospitality personnel management. Additionally, you will help ensure patient satisfaction and public relations through the safe and efficient use of our resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Junior or senior standing in hospitality management, Food Services Technology/Management, Dietetics or related field

  • Strong organizational and technical skills

  • Professional written communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must be willing to participate in patient satisfaction programs and activities

  • An interest in pursuing a career with Morrison Healthcare and interest in joining our Manager in training program after college graduation.
