Titan America is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant at our Corporate Office in Norfolk, VA. The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to the procurement and legal departments. The administrative assistant’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Required Skills

  • Provide administrative support to multiple executives, and/or directors, to include managing calendars, arranging travel, creating and editing documents and business emails
  • Coordinate internal meetings and support company-wide events (internal and off-site), assisting with luncheons
  • Reconcile expense reports
  • Assist with creating/editing PowerPoint presentations, other presentation material and organizational charts
  • Work with other administrative staff in providing necessary office support
  • Process invoices for payment; create and maintain monthly and year-end legal billing reports
  • Distribution of service process documents
  • Maintain electronic document management system and assist with company records/filing
  • Other administrative responsibilities as assigned Required Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years senior level administrative assistant experience required

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required
  • Professional writing skills, well-developed organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills required
  • Must be a proven team player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in a legal setting
  • Experience working with contracts, policies, legal billing
