SALES DIRECTORSoutheast or West Regions
Develop new business and bring in new account sales, including total orchestration of the sales process: including but not limited to: prospect identification, prospect qualifying, prospect contacts, survey organization an execution, proposal development and delivery and, closing and contract negotiations
Act as a liaison with operations, including survey coordination, resale support when specifically approved by the Regional Vice President and sales training for operations management
Attend various conferences and trade shows three to five weekends per year
Five plus years of documented success in B2B or outside sales
Ability to work independently in multiple territories
Exemplary writing, listening, communication and presentation skills
Analytical ability to develop Proformas, P&L’s and manage overhead budget
Identification of prospects and discipline to develop markets: relationship builder with understanding of long-term, complex sales cycle
Effective demonstration of sales process/methodology: identify buying criteria, eliminate objections and develop solutions
Computer skills (ACT, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
College degree highly desired
