Job Title Lean Process Coordinator

Job Description

-Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (i.e. Lean, 5S activities, Six Sigma, Value stream mapping).

-Diagrams and evaluates existing processes (current and future states).

-Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

-Collects data to identify root cause of problems.

-Measures performance against process requirements.

-Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.

-May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.

-Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and process improvements.

-Performs cost/benefit analysis.

-Leader for the organization to achieve 5S "Best in Class" certification.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

-Associates Degree or higher required.

-3­ to 5 years experience with implementing continuous improvement processes.

-Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.

-Excellent communication skills.

-MS Office proficient.
