Job Description


Responsible for safeguarding of all value adding planning processes from procurement to customer delivery. Check plausibility of customer demands, production plans and material procurement schedules taking into account a cost­effective use of resources and cost optimized processes.

Core Responsibilities

·Receive single order or customer call­offs from the customer and enter them into the order processing system. Technically examine order/call­off to ensure an orderable configuration.

­Create delivery schedule

­EDI and CDP processing & ACCO Call Off adjustments

­Check orders due for deliveries an create delivery notes and notify forwarder/customer

·System integrated creation of a feasible production plan for FIN and SEMI materials by SAP PP/PSS or creation of a feasible production plan including sequent optimization by Kanban/Hejunka

­Check resources in production

­Define and set up initial weekly production plan

­Check material availability

­Release of production plan

­Monitor inventory levels for corresponding RAW, WIP and FIN material

·Order and manage the execution of the individual deliveries of RAW material against the scheduling agreement or purchase order

­MRP run and validation

­Transfer deliver schedule to supplier

­Material availability assurance

Additional Responsibilities

·Manage Source, Make and Deliver business rules

·Manage raw material inventory

·Assess performance for Source, Make and Deliver

·Return defective/excess supplier material or customer product

·Support logistics processes in production termination notification and product change notification process (PTN/PCN)

·Support customer VMI/Consignment processes

·Maintain and optimize expire material/slow material/obsoletes (for finished goods)

Required Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

·One year of experience in Logistics (supply chain management)
