As we begin integrating work for a client, due to an acquisition, we are in need of an experienced Project Manager to facilitate and manage this transition across multiple processes and sub processes.Position Responsibilities:- Drive process development with a continuous improvement mentality.- Develop a comprehensive project plan for the specific work stream(s), incorporating key milestones and specific activities necessary for successful delivery.- Serve as key liaison between process owners and work stream(s)/business leaders to report out on milestones, progress, risks, etc., utilizing standardized reporting formats or creating new scorecards as needed.- Develop executive level presentation materials for use in project updates.- Independently lead specific components of work within the specific work stream(s), as required.- Track and report on progress to plan to all stakeholders in real-time.- Proactively identify risks to execution and report out as appropriate; work with project teams to develop mitigating action plans. Additionally, identify all critical interdependencies related to the project(s) and drive consistent communication across all related parties- Maintain scoping documents for specific work stream(s), updating as needed to reflect changes in project direction.- Identify impacts to KPIs for each work stream due to the integration; determine appropriate baseline and ongoing tracking method and develop KPI reporting cadence using existing and new systems.- Identify, negotiate and support the resolution of issues within and between various project teams.- Model a culture that improves the client-s comfort with the speed of change, challenging assumptions, relentless pursuit of improvement - all with a high sense of personal accountability.RequirementsDesired Skills and Experience:- 5+ years relevant experience. PMP Certification or Six Sigma Green Belt + Preferred. - Demonstrates skills of a seasoned, experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of integrations and mergers and acquisitions- Managed large scale projects- Minimum of a basic understanding of the world of finance and accounting- Management consulting experience is highly desirable- Commercial/Private Enterprise experience is an absolute must - preferably in a non-government-affiliated job or the Fortune 500 world- Service excellence, change management, business partnering and operational excellence. - Has experience utilizing wide range of capabilities with electronic spreadsheets. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Oracle experience helpful.- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills (written and verbal)- Comprehensive working knowledge of computers and software commonly used in functional area. - Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
