Leidos Program Admin Specialist in HAMPTON, Virginia
Applicant will perform a wide range of high-level executive office management and resource allocation services for Air Force Squadron senior leaders. Applicants must possess functional management experience in DoD finance, human resources, purchasing and travel domains and quickly grasp operational unit mission and operating parameters. They will analyze sensitive organizational metrics and identify trends; make independent judgments; and report results / make recommendations to senior AF leaders. The applicant will use varied analytical functions to produce a wide range of office management documentation, briefing presentations and database / spreadsheet updates across multiple security domains. Applicants must be capable of working independently, collaborating and working as part of a team with multi-faceted internal organization offices and external organizations using pre-established Air Force policy and guidance and drawing upon past relevant experiences necessary to analyze, resolve complex problems and recommend / implement corrective actions.
BA degree preferred and 4 years prior relevant experience required—relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Familiarity with Air Force operations is required; actual Squadron-level experienced is preferred. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suite, SharePoint, Defense Travel System, Unit Manning Documentation, Air Force Evaluation Management System, and Task Management Tool (TMT). Applicants must currently possess a US SECRET clearance and be capable of obtaining a TS/SCI clearance.
