Your main focus will be to contact and secure new business by using a relationship-based sales strategy. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to use new technology advancements to assist organizations in improving their ability to effectively communicate internally and externally which translates into increased productivity and cost recovery. Our go to market methodology is to engage local businesses, within assigned territories, in a strategic way. We use our CRM system to keep track of all relevant information, and strategic steps that we conduct in order to provide customized technological solutions. This is what we teach and coach to, for the first 3 months to ensure you have a solid base of knowledge to be successful.

Demonstrate general knowledge of business principles and practices, statistical analysis, sales and marketing concepts
Develop a thorough understanding of all aspects of the market including technology and platforms utilized
Use MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, CRM, Excel & Outlook)
Show drive and internal motivation toward high achievement with the aptitude and desire for sales
Meet and exceed personal sales goals monthly
The ability to learn and apply new concepts
An interest in building upon an existing successful track record in sales

0-2 years of experience selling in a sales-driven environment
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
Experience with an online CRM
Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize esponsibilities
